La broken team, l'armée des bras cassés is back !

On a terminé la marche du decking n°1 et on a commencé le decking n°2. On est des pros du BTP !

The broken team is back.

We've finished the step of decking n°1 and we've started building decking n°2.

Mais ... un decking ne se construit pas sans dommages collatéraux et on a tous un bobo !

But ... a decking is not being built without colateral damages !

• Ju a un gros bleu à à la hanche. Il s'est fait ça avec la "machine-à-faire-des-trous-dans-le-sol-pour-y-mettre-des-poteaux" soit, la "poteauteuse", selon Nico. C'est une grosse vrille à moteur qui perce le sol. C'est super bien, beaucoup mieux que la pelle et la pioche, quand elle démarre, quand elle démarre et ne calle pas, quand il n'y a pas de racine, quand il n'y a pas de caillou ou autre corps étranger, quand le sable est bien mouillé ...

• Ju has a big bruise on his hip. He hurt himself with the "machine-to-dig-holes-in-the-ground-to-put-posts-in". It's a kind of big drill with an engine. It works better than the shovel when it starts, when it starts and doesn't stall, when there is no root, when there is no rock or any other foreign body, when the sand is wet enough ...

• Nico s'est bloqué le dos en soulevant les poteaux. Il a marché comme un playmobil toute l'aprem mais apparemment ça va mieux. Enfin, on verra s'il se lève demain matin. Il doit nous passer un coup de fil s'il ne peut pas bouger !

• Nico's back got blocked while he was lifting posts. He walked like a playmobil all day but it seems to get better now. We'll see if he can get up tomorrow morning. He'll ring us if he needs some help !
  
  
• Vi s'est faite écrabouiller trois doigts. On a fait 12 trous de 70 cm de profondeur pour mettre les poteaux du decking. Vi n'a pas arrêté de dire à Nico et Ju de faire attention à ne pas tomber dedans et c'est elle qui a soudainement disparu ... C'était super drôle un peu plus tard mais pas sur le coup car au moment de la chute, elle transportait un des poteaux en jarrah (bois endemique très dense) avec Nico, et il lui est tombé sur la main gauche.

• Vi had three fingers crushed. We've dug twelve 70 cm deep holes to put the posts in. Vi kept on warning Ju and Nico not to fall in one of them and she suddently disappeared ... She was carrying one of the heavy posts with Nico and it squashed her left hand. So, it was very funny but afterwards.

Bref, on est un peu tordu mais on tient toujours debout et le demi decking aussi.

Et Ju, qui a le decking dans le sang, nous apprend plein de choses : on visse, on dévisse, on creuse, on découpe à l'oxygène, à la tronçonneuse ...

We're a bit broken but still up and so is the half decking.

Ju, who has the decking in his blood, teaches us many things : we screw, we unscrew, we dig, we cut with the oxy, with the chain saw ...

Cette semaine, on a aussi joué aux agents secrets ! On est allé à la bibliothèque scanner des vieux journaux à partir de microfilms. Ca donne un peu de piment à la chose d'en parler comme ça car en fait c'est long et chiant !

Last week, we also played the secret agents ! We 've been scanning old newspapers from microfilms at the library. Sounds interesting said like that but in fact it's long and boring !
